OverviewYour personal information is important to us and this document outlines what information we store and how we use it. Our goal is to be open about what and how we use your personal information. Please note that we do not use your personal information unless you provide it to us. When you give us your information we will use it to deliver our service: helping you plan your wedding day.

We will not pass on your information to third parties without your consent unless we need to deliver our service. For instance we will need to pass on certain details to:

Venues (such as hotels, restaurants, villas, private marquees, etc).
Suppliers that are involved on your wedding day such as florist, musicians, photographers, videographers, entertainers, cake designers, etc)

If you are not a couple but a supplier, then we will be passing on certain details to the couples who are seeking assistance of Sonho a Dois to plan their wedding, namely your email address, telephone numbers and social media (website, Facebook page, etc)

We will only pass on the minimum information required to deliver our service.

We will also use your information to send you emails about our social media so we can deliver our service as effectively as possible; this will include emails asking for your testimonial on our services, your vote for any Award that Sonho a Dois may have been nominated for, your consent to be featured on a real wedding feature on our social media or on a third-party website or blog or for us to use your photos for promotion of our services. However you will have the ability to unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

The information we collect from you, namely your email address may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the European Union as we use Google as our email provider. Your information will be processed by staff where it is necessary to fulfil an order, process payment details or provide you with other support services.
