I can’t begin to describe the level of care, detail and attention that was provided to us from Sonhoadois. From the minute we enquired about their services we knew they were perfect for us. We were assigned our planner Joana who was just absolutely out of this world amazing!! We had regular FaceTime calls and messages (because everything was planned during covid). After this we were invited to an online wedding fair where we got to learn about different venues and suppliers and we loved it so much that we booked a lot of the suppliers on that day or shortly after. There was never any pressure to add things on and Joana was open and honest with us the whole way through the planning. We found some outside suppliers of our own and Joana was also happy to contact them for us. We visited our venues a few times before the big day and Joana was always so accommodating scheduling her plans around our dates. We met some of the other planners when visiting our venues and all of them were just lovely!! As the wedding came closer we were provided with regular updates on the schedule which helped us get an idea of how the day would run. On the actual wedding day it was very clear that we were working with a professional! Joana was just amazing at making the day run smoothly. We could all see how hard she was working to make sure everything was perfect so that we could relax and enjoy the day, which we did! It was amazing in every single way and we are so lucky for Joana’s help. It really was the best day ever and we can’t thank you enough for making it possible!! We feel like we’ve made a life long friend in the process. I will be recommending Sonhoadois to everyone getting married in the Algarve.
